Prior to entering real estate, I spent 35 plus years in IT business solutions running sales, marketing, product development, services and operations. I retired as CEO of a market & consumer research firm. I love helping my clients make exceptional deals in buying and selling condos, townhomes and single-family residences. In the buy mode, I'm an expert in assessing property condition / value and negotiating. When selling, I employ proven target-marketing techniques and I am skilled in developing winning prep plans and pricing strategies and I am a well-respected negotiator. And lastly, I team up with the best cleaners, stagers, photographers and tradesmen in the Bay Area who are all difference-makers. My mission in life is to make sure my clients love the experience as well as the result and have some fun along the way. And they do!
