Fred Delgado obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arizona. Also, he acquired his Master’s in Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Fred has held various positions ranging in Engineering, Director of Operations and Vice-President of Operations reporting to CEO’s in Cooperate America for top 100 Companies. With great passion and desire in Sales, Fred ventured into a Real Estate Career. While entering the Real Estate industry during the market downturn, he mastered the Short Sale Process, developed a Property Management Division and aggressively focused on branding and market recognition in the Valley.
