Fred sold my properties for more than I ever expected and I would have been lost without him!! I was at a disadvantage because the homes that I had to sell were on the other side of the country from where I live. Fred walked me through the process of getting each property market ready and helped me find a cleaning agency and contractors for repairs. He coordinated with the cleaning agency to let them in to my home when I was not there to do so. He was my eyes and coordinated with the repair men to ensure that everything was in working order and looked appealing while always having my pocketbook in mind and sticking to my budget. He even went above and beyond in researching information regarding my property that I was completely unaware of. It is very evident that Fred has a lot of experience in real estate and he was able to leverage his talents to get me top dollar in today's market!

Fred was a pleasure to work with. He has helped us with a few real estate transactions and this last one was no walk in the park. Fred personally took time to drive to the l&i office to get a special inspection done we needed for the new home we purchased, not only did he do that but he got results in hours. I have to admit I may have been a hard client to deal with at time (8 month pregnant) but Fred helped with everything. Every time I called he had the answers and I was able to hang up feeling relieved and with a smile. I would recommend Fred to anyone any time. He is a true professional, gentleman and all around great man! Fred thank you for finding us our new home all the way out on Camano and with plenty of time for us to get ready for our baby girl!

We are so happy that we used the Donor Group of Seattle to manage the sale of our home in Vancouver, WA. It didn't make sense to us when Bert Mills of Carnation, WA suggested that we call Fred Doner. It turned out to be one of the very best business decisions we have ever made.

We had a couple of realtors in our area come to our home but we just didn't feel good about what they had to say and their plan to market our house even though they had a lot of experience in the area. It felt like we were going to be doing a lot of costly changes to the home in order to sell it.

It was the opposite with Fred he quickly traveled down from Seattle to look at our home and discuss our wants and needs. We knew we had the right man.

As we went through the sales process and all of the ups and downs of offers and counter offers, inspections, the pressure to sell the home in our time frame etc., we were so thankful that we had the skills and knowledge of Fred who knew how to handle all of this and keep us up to date. Most of all we knew he was in our corner and knew exactly what to do and how to explain it in a way that we could understand.

Fred was ALWAYS in touch, returned our phone calls and emails when we had questions and concerns. We rarely needed to call Fred. He knew when we would need him and called us first.

The entire experience turned out extremely well. We recommend Fred Doner without any reservations.
