Fred Merritt

Fred joined The MG Group in 2006 and has been an integral member of both the Group’s sale and leasing business from the outset. His no-nonsense approach and professionalism while communicating accurate information to all necessary parties to a deal has made him a top-selling agent within the Group. His attention to detail puts him a cut above other agents in the industry. As a result, Fred is the Group’s Rental Specialist and is widely viewed as an expert in the leasing world.

Fred has a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University and lives in Andersonville.
