Fred Nelson was absolutely the greatest. Very knowledgeable and a seasoned pro. My wife and I purchased a home through Fed 25 years ago and asked that he sell that same house 25 years later while we retire out of state. Fred answered all our concerns and directed us in the right direction and linked us up with local experts who helped with replacing our furnace and with updating our electrical in the basement. Fred arranged for multiple viewings the first day and within 24 hours, we had a buyer a full price offer. Definitely recommend Fred Nelson.

Fred is the best real estate agent I know. He is professional, very helpful, listens well, works tirelessly to accomplish the sale or purchase, answers the phone when you call. I have moved out of state now and I know I won't find another Fred Nelson! He is THE BEST!

Fred was incredibly helpful when we purchased our office condo. He made the entire process extremely smooth. I guess you'd expect that from a professional but what has been even more impressive is that since the sale....when he is not generating a commission he has assisted me in a few issues that had occurred long after the sale was complete. I would highly recommend Fred to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property. I look forward to doing business with Fred again in the future.
