Fred joined Sovereign Realty Advisors in 2013, licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, specializing in Commercial Sales and Leasing within the Office, Retail, Industrial and Multi-Family markets. Prior to SRA, he spent seven years as Director of Sales and Marketing for a privately owned real estate development firm on the South Shore. Fred managed the firm’s multi-residential portfolio as well as the sales and leasing of commercial property developments. With over 20+ years of industry experience, Fred has an in-depth knowledge of market trends and provides each client with a level of confidence, ensuring his commitment to meeting their financial goals.
