With over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Fred has proven to put his clients needs first and is there for them before, during and after the investment process.

His extensive background in many different aspects of commercial real estate affords him the ability to represent each of his clients to the highest degree.

Specializing in both Landlord and Tenant representation, Fred has represented 100's of unique landlords and tenants and thrives on matching the perfect space with the perfect user. Throughout his career he has also worked closely with investors and developers to maximize the potential of each asset. He has served as a Project Manager and as a General Contractor on various projects and has relationships with many different architects, engineers and contractors. During this time, he has also managed a large portfolio of commercial properties consisting of all types of commercial uses.
