Fred Smith

Fred Smith has been a successful licensed agent for more than 18 years and during that time, has acquired diverse marketing and sales experience, including the development of long-term client relationships and a successful referral-based business. He has worked at several brokerages throughout Virginia in the past two decades and joined Howard Hanna in September 2021.

Smith has been affiliated with multiple industry groups, including serving as Vice-President/President-Elect of the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors® Board of Directors; Director/Past-President of the Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors; Committee Member, Virginia Realtors® Public Policy Committee; Committee Member/Vice-Chair, WAAR Public Policy Committee; Instructor of Continuing Education (Fair Housing, Public Policy) and MLS at WAAR; and as a past member of the Kingsmill Community Services Association Board of Directors.
