A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in banking, Fred spent a significant portion of his career in the residential mortgage industry before becoming a licensed Broker in 1984. His financial background gives him a unique edge when advising clients on pricing, financing options, and investment potential. He’s known for his clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and ability to simplify complex decisions: qualities that buyers and sellers consistently appreciate.
