Freda is a full-time real estate professional, licensed in 1996. She is a graduate of N.C. A&T State University. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) This designation is earned from having completed extensive training on buyer agency practices and procedures as well as having practical experience as a buyer's representative. Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) -The most sought after degree in real estate, GRI coursework includes marketing, ethics, real estate law, commercial and industrial brokerage, property management, real estate investment, appraisals, taxation and brokerage management. This nationally recognized designation is administered through the Ohio Association of Realtors.

She is a 24-year resident of the Greater Cincinnati Area and an avid marathoner runner who has competed in Boston, Columbus, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Baltimore, Air Force (Dayton), New Jersey, and Cleveland.
