Freda was amazing and very I formative in our hunt for our perfect home! She was very upfront in the houses we looked at. Told us if they would get approved or not, if they were ideal for our family’s plans or not and was very supportive in every step of the way! We sold our home of 15 years with Freda. We had a number in mind and Freda worked with us till she got us more than what we had asked of her. She was always patient, professional, always in communication with us through the process and very, very transparent. She may have had many other clients during the time she worked with us but she always made us feel like we were her top priority! Freda was amazing to work with on all aspects of the home buying and selling process! We have worked with Freda now for 2 purchases and one sale of a home and she was aggressive in the negotiation process and got us everything we were looking for and more. Freda spent HOURS with us as first time homebuyers, allowing us time to figure out what areas we liked and what we didn’t like. She was dedicated on finding us multiple homes for our review on the daily, and was consistent with her follow through. She always responded immediately and as super knowledgeable on all of our questions and in a wide spread area throughout Georgia. I couldn’t recommend Freda enough! She is a seasoned relator who isn’t afraid to get exactly what her clients deserve.... anyone who works with her can rest assured knowing they got the best deal!! She is the best!
