Freddy Saxton

As a native Oregonian who has been fortunate enough to call the coast "home" for nearly 30 years, I understand and appreciate the wonderful and unique qualities that the central Oregon coast has to offer. I find tremendous satisfaction in assisting others in finding their own little "slice of heaven", as I have found here on the coast. As a high-end coastal homebuilder for over 20 years I am especially keen to the fact that different people have different wants and needs, and there is no "one-size fits all" approach for addressing clients' property needs. I strive to provide my clients with the options and information necessary to make their own informed decisions, and to assist them in closing their transactions in a precise and professional manner.

Freddy Saxton is a third generation realtor, proud to be working among the industry's finest at Advantage Real Estate. Freddy served as a sergeant in the US Marine Corps during the late 1980's before joining his father at ORCA Builders and devoting the better part of two decades to constructing many of the area's premier custom homes. Following his passion and eager to share his experience to the advantage of his clients, Freddy joined Advantage Real Estate in 2008. Freddy is a full time principal broker who has completed the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation program, e-PRO technology curriculum, and is a Graduate of the Oregon Realtor Institute (GRI). Licensed in the State of Oregon.
