We relied heavily of Fred's expertise when trying to navigate a turbulent real estate market. We were surprised when interest rates changed drastically, but Fred was ready to adjust our strategy and his sound advice ultimately resulted in the successful sale of our property. What most impressed me about Fred was how he goes above and beyond to make himself available for his clients. He proactively guided us through the sales process, making sure we avoided common pitfalls. I would certainly work with Fred again on another real estate transaction.

Working with Frederick was an awesome experience. From the beginning, Frederick learned more about us and our goals in buying a house. He also understood our timeline and helped to connect us with an amazing team of people to guide us.

As we looked at houses, Frederick found incredible properties and did all the research to help us understand the pros and cons. When we found our dream house, we hesitated. Frederick was there to help us understand the psychology of being first-time homeowners and it allowed us to be confident. We ended up closing on our property within 60 days of starting our search.

Buying a house in Oakland was a task because individuals either payed over asking price or we put in offer to late. The deal almost went sour because 1st broker didn't have stamina to fight for us but Fredrick found Allison from LoanDepot and we now are home owners in Oakland. Frederick Adams is a godsend. He found the perfect house for my husband and I in the perfect neighborhood. He knew our situation and when the right house came about he immediately got me in to view it — I was the first to see it and was able to get in an offer before anyone else. Fred is attentive and very detail oriented. He crosses a the T’s and dots the I’s — he does not take any short cuts in the process and helping his customers get what they desire is his priority. What can I say about Frederick? Except that he should be your real estate agent of choice especially when you're a first-time homebuyer like myself. Partnering with Frederick was a fantastic experience. His knowledge, expertise, navigating through the deal, insight in the locations I was interested in, and his ability to just have an easy and very low-stress conversation in these sorts of big life milestones, made the process all the better.

I first engaged with Frederick back in July 2020 and really "got the ball rolling" in August/September 2020. Throughout the first initial phases, and of course on Frederick's end - to ensure I'm a "serious buyer" - he was very attentive to my needs: Asking the right questions on what I was interested in, not interested, what I'm looking for, what are deal breakers, price ranges in relation to location, and all things that a buyer would need/want to ensure is all sorted. I too also came to the table with a very specific set of asks and requirements to ensure we were both on the same page. He helped put together the criteria of listings and really knew what I was looking for based on the listings he showcased to me.

As for his connections from mortgage brokers to direct lenders, it was absolutely invaluable. Through his referral, I was able to receive a great deal and I could not have done it without his introduction.

Overall, if you're looking for someone who is personable, has a very keen understanding of what you're looking for - even more so when you know what you want and don't want, are looking for someone who is available to you at various times of the day to ensure you're always comfortable throughout the process, and will make sure to "go-to-bat" with the backend conversations to get the deal done - I would highly recommend Frederick.

Thank you Frederick again for your guidance on my first home, looking forward to partnering with you again, and really appreciate you!

It was great working with Frederick, Intero Real Estate. Frederick is personable and knowledgeable. He really helped us set reasonable expectations for our sale. We executed all of his expertise together and our home sold immediately with multiple offers, even in this tough economy.
