Fred is a joy to be around and a careful, organized realtor. He shot fabulous photos of our house that made it appealing to prospective buyers. It was under contract in 2 days! He patiently and skillfully set up appointments, inspections, paperwork, etc for both our sale and our purchase. During this highly stressful time of our lives, he also made us laugh. Thank you. Fred is patient, professional, thorough, accommodating and easy to work with. Realtors job is always tricky as you need to mend to your clients needs and he did that with perfection. He is not pushy and won’t force you to make decisions. He always figured out a way to accommodate last minute requests to see houses and patiently worked with us for an extended period of time to find the house we liked. Even after we closed and during the closing, he was there to help out and proactively suggested options for us when we needed them. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy in Princeton Junction area.
