Fred worked as a Project manager for many years, he was routinely given projects that needed unique solutions. His job was to learn exactly what his client needed, then work with engineers and programmers to design a product uniquely tailored to his clients needs. Real Estate is very similar, Fred takes the time to clearly understand what his buyer or seller needs, what is their goal, then brings together the right people to make their dream a reality. On top of that... his 30 years as a Tampa area resident means he knows the area well.
