Fred Waters was born and raised in NE Ohio. He has been living in Ocala, Florida since 2016 with his wife, a Registered Nurse, whom he has been married to for 25 years. Together, they have two sons, one in college and one in middle school. With 28 years of experience in various manufacturing management roles in the automotive, rubber, and aerospace industries, he is a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Operation: Desert Storm.
After becoming a Licensed Realtor, he was named "2019 Rookie of the Year" for his brokerage. In 2020, he earned "Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society" status, and in 2021, "Coldwell Banker International President's Circle" status. OMCAR, Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors, has also ranked him as a "Top Agent".
Real Estate is his passion, and he loves being part of such a monumental time in a person's life, finding their perfect home or selling their home.
