Fredrica “Fredi” Ash brings a unique advantage to every real estate transaction, and her expertise in negotiating, problem-solving, and integrity serves her clients well. As a licensed Broker-Associate for over 15 years specializing in luxury homes, Fredi has the experience to navigate this highly competitive market. She is a consistent top producer, most recently ranking in the top 1% of all Indian River County Realtors in 2021.

A graduate of Gill St. Bernard’s School in Gladstone, NJ, Rollins College in Winter Park, Fl and the College of Financial Planning, she continually expands her knowledge for the benefit of her clients in an ever-changing marketplace. She holds several real estate designations in Luxury Home Counsel (LHC), Professional Property Stager (PPS), Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and Internet Technology(E-PRO).

Originally from New York City and Northwestern New Jersey, Fredi and her husband, an executive at Morgan Stanley, have visited Vero Beach for more than 20 years. In 2013 they decided to make Vero Beach their permanent home. They truly enjoy the lifestyle, the beaches and all that Vero Beach has to offer. Her daughter works for Merrill Lynch in New York City and her son is a graduate student at Lehigh University.

A member of Quail Valley River Club, Fredi enjoys playing tennis, boating and spending time outdoors with her two yellow Labradors Grace & Kellie. She considers herself very lucky to live and sell the Vero Beach lifestyle.
