Fredrik Ternstrand

Fredrik Ternstrand has a background that makes him uniquely qualified to be a successful Realtor. He previously worked in the financial services industry in Sweden and then moved his focus to real estate setting up homeowner’s associations, performing real estate due diligence, bank negotiations, and legal documentation. He has sold over 600 family homes and converted more than 1,700 apartments into condominiums.

Fredrik has lived and worked in four countries on three continents. This has enabled him to understand and appreciate different cultures and gives him a unique capability to anticipate the needs of his customers.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Sociology. In his free time, Fredrik enjoys playing tennis, and golf, traveling, and spending time with friends.
