Our Realtor, Frieda Everritt ( A miracle worker) cannot be topped! She is absolutely the best agent In Fayetteville and, all of Georgia. Hands down the best agent we have ever had!! Selling over 10 houses in the last 18 years, we have NEVER came across such an amazing person and realtor, she knows the business like no other.
Not only did she list my house but sold it within one day of going live, full asking price, zero negotiations. Bent over backwards to make this a very easy transition. She took her time to show us every house that would meet our needs. She even pointed out things that we wouldn’t have noticed without her. The professionalism and knowledge she and Berkshire Hathaway have shown to us has been the best experience we have had. (If you are looking for a Super agent, look no further. We highly recommend her and Berkshire Hathaway.
It is very important to choose the right agent, and we are so lucky to have found her.

When it comes to working with a Realtor of choice, Frieda is the number one go to real estate agent. Frieda isn't motivated by money. She is passionate about real estate and looks out for the interest of clients. She works hard to find properties that meets buyers needs and investors objectives. In 2022, we bought a nice 4 BR 2.3BA property located in a very nice area in Fayetteville, GA. We had challenges finding a renter for almost 8 months. We sought Frieda's help and got it rented to a great family within two weeks. Frieda also helped us find a great investment property in an excellent school district and proximity to a shopping plaza in Peachtree City in September 2023. The closing was seemless and she found a great tenant for us. I highly recommend Frieda for Real Estate needs in Atlanta Metro.

Frieda listened to our wants/needs which changed a few times along the way. (She is very patient.)
After working together for a couple of weeks via phone/emails she was able to narrow our search down to one evening and a very long next day. Ultimately, landing on the 2nd house she showed us. (Which was right next to the 1st house…)
Freida also attended every walk thru and the closing.
She did an awesome job and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. I believe she really cares about the people she helps find new homes.
Sorry Freida, this will be your last deal with us since we are swearing off moving ever again. If however, we were going to move again, you would be our gal.

Extremely helpful and always responded quickly to answer any concerns I had.
