Working with Fritz was such a pleasant experience. He was efficient and helpful through each step. He was sure to detail out every step of the process for my husband and I to make sure we had a clear understanding of things and wouldn’t be blind sided. We had a few bumps in the road during our selling and buying process but Fritz was truly a calming spirit, that helped us to keep pushing through to get what we wanted. Whenever we requested to view a property Fritz got on it right away and worked around our somewhat busy schedule to ensure we got to view each home. In the end, we were able to secure the home we fell in love with for our growing family. So thankful for Fritz and all the hard work he put in! I’ve already decided to hire him when it’s time to sell my other property :)

I notified Fritz at 1:30 am. about a property that I was interested in. When he woke up, he contacted me and said that he would be on it.

A few hours later, he was sending me videos of the property. My husband and I loved the property, and we told Fritz to put an offer in.

Fritz put the offer in, and our offer was accepted. The house was on the market for exactly 1 day.

We love our home it's exactly what we were looking for, and Fritz made it happen.

We had issues all the way up to the closing day, and Fritz was as smooth as butter. He remains calm, which helps to keep you calm.

He is a great communicator and keeps you informed on everything.

I had the pleasure of working with Fritzson Simeon from Coldwell Banker Realty during my father's recent house hunting journey and I can confidently say that he exceeded all of our expectations. From the very beginning, Fritzson made my father feel comfortable and understood his needs as a retiree looking for a new home. He was always quick to respond to our messages and calls, which made the process much less stressful for my father.

During our first phone call, Fritzson listened attentively and asked thoughtful questions to get a sense of what my father was looking for in a home. He then showed my father a variety of houses that fit his criteria and was able to point out the benefits and shortcomings of each one. He was always honest and transparent, which I greatly appreciated.

My father was looking for a house to retire in and Fritzson understood that this was a big decision for him. He went above and beyond to ensure that my father found the perfect fit. One specific example that stands out is when he noticed that my father was particularly interested in a certain neighborhood and went out of his way to find more options in that area.

We encountered a few obstacles during the process, but Fritzson always had a solution and was able to work through them with us. His knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry were invaluable.
