About Fudgy

Hello, my name is Fudgy Brabham and I am the Owner and Broker in Charge of Harbourtowne Real Estate, Inc. I am a Charleston native. I attended local schools and the University of South Carolina. I have a lovely wife, Debra, a special daughter & son-in-law, Betsy and Randy and one crazy cat, JuneBug.
My real estate career began 30 years ago and I truly love what I do. Meeting new people and working with different properties always is a challenge and a blessing. I taught the pre-licensees and the broker courses at the CTAR for 14 years and I enjoyed the interaction with the people coming into our profession.
My family was in the grocery business and so service has been part and parcel of my working mindset forever. When I taught at the board, I always told the students that if the phrase “to serve” bothered you, you were going into the wrong business. I pride myself on a high level of service to my Clients and I believe that the 30 years that I have been able to string together are proof of that.
I know that you will hear a lot of things about our programs because they are not popular with other agents because they cannot or will not emulate them but I challenge you to at least speak with me and let me define me. I save people money on the sale of their home and I make people money when they use me to buy a home.
