There are not enough words to explain how amazing Future made the home buying process for my husband and I. Even through the struggles we had Future was right there with and at no point did we feel alone or feel as if we made decisions we weren’t sure of. Future told us that there won’t be a home that we didn’t get, we would miss and she was right, the home we ended up getting is perfect and 10x better than the first home I thought I wanted. All I can say is wow. She is one of the best. We previously had another agent and had to wait til our contract was up. As soon as I called her, she started working right away. Sent the contract super quick. Went by the house, had pictures within a few days, and immediately had the listing up. Also, the last agent must have never went by the house, so Future took care of several odds and ends that were needed from the neglect of the last agent. We were out of state and so we needed a 5 star agent. She was our Godsend. So grateful that if you are going to have to pay a percentage of the sale, that it went to her. She deserved every dollar from the contract. Don't hesitate, if you are considering an agent. She's the one. Straight forward, no fluff and does all that needs to be done. We would hire her a million times over.

After firing the first agent, I found Future through a Google search and she immediately engaged. Within a couple weeks we had several offers and a solid buyer. TL;DR HIRE FUTURE!!

Wow, wow, wow! Honestly, I have a hard time articulating how incredible Future is. I'm completely blown away. This is our 4th home and I've NEVER met another agent that works as hard as she does.

We were selling our Colorado home and moving to Detroit. After a bad experience, I fired a previous agent and cold called Future only 2 weeks before we needed a new home. In those 2 weeks, she found our home, negotiated with our best interest in mind, and got us to the closing table....

Within a day we were doing virtual tours, within a week I flew in and she drove me around as we toured 12 homes, and then when none of those panned out she did an additional virtual tour resulting in the PERFECT home. It sounds crazy, but we literally bought a house without ever stepping in it. What can I say? Future seriously proved quickly that she truly is a house whisperer and we could put our complete trust in her judgement.

Honestly, I’ve never meet anyone in the field that’s better! I’m a high end client who’s known to only purchase with the elite due to my husbands requirements needing to be met in totality. Moving from California and finding a property that would give us a feel for back home AND suitable enough to host our many fund raising/charitable evens we host was a hassle. When we sat down with her we expressed to her our goal of sellling our home while we simultaneously close on another in Florida. From there she took charge working with our Florida realtor. It made all the difference that you were mindful of the details needed to make this happen. Our trust in you grew very fast so that all my husband and I focused on was packing our things. Needless to say she made it happen!!
We closed on our MI home in the morning and Florida home in the afternoon on the same day.
