Gabe is the Director of Colorado Commercial Real Estate for Douglas Elliman with his data-driven outlook on the market as a whole, as well as his extensive experience – certified commercial appraiser, successful investor, developer, and business owner. For over 20 years, he has thrived on providing honest, research-based advice and analysis to each of his business, institutional, and private clients, and is consistently able to close deals with his detail-oriented and steady approach.

Originally from in and around New York City, Gabe was drawn to Boulder, Colorado during his college years and earned his degree in Design Studies from the University of Colorado-School of Architecture. As the son of immigrants, his work ethic often gets in the way of leisure time; but when he's not guiding his clients on their real estate goals, Gabe truly enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, biking, and powder skiing.
