Originally from Cheltenham, Gabriel works across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. He is adept at handling transactions that require a more thoughtful and solutions-driven approach, like first-time buyers, distressed properties, and unique investment opportunities. His ability to navigate complexity and identify creative paths forward allows him to deliver results in situations where flexibility and out of the box thinking are critical.
Gabriel is a certified GREEN Realtor with experience in solar and energy-efficient properties, providing clients with additional insight into long-term value, cost efficiency, and sustainability. His approach is grounded in education, clear communication, and a strong emphasis on helping clients fully understand the decisions in front of them.
Prior to real estate and solar, Gabriel taught K–12 music, an experience that continues to shape his structured, educational style. He studied music and Spanish at the University of Vermont and holds graduate degrees from the University of the Arts and Middlebury College, and is a near-native Spanish speaker.
Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing jazz bass, cycling, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and their dogs.
