I highly recommend Gabe for your property sales needs. He was so helpful, professional, and trustworthy. We live in Florida and Gabe made this real estate sale seamless and easy for us. Our communication was mostly with email , back and forth with offers and counter offers. Finely we settled with the 4th counter offer. If you're looking for a realtor who is into vacant land, Gabe is your guy. He is amazing! After years of dealing with other realtors in an effort to sell my lots, all to no avail, I received a post card with Gabe's name and gave him a call. We handled everything online and I'm glad Gabe is a patient man because I am not up to date on these things. Well, in roughly 2 months, he had a potential buyer. Gabe explained everything to me and his feelings about the offer. We countered. Potential Purchaser accepted. We closed in person. I'm so happy, I'm giddy!

Excellent Support! As a first time home buyer, Gabe was not only a great support in finding a home, but he was able to help me emotionally when I was feeling overwhelmed with the home buying process. He was patient and explained absolutely every detail of what to expect with the process, from finding the perfect lender, to looking at many houses, to the inspections to the appraisals to sending in paperwork on our behalf. If it wasn't for Gabe navigating both myself and my husband with negotiations, paperwork, and all communication we would have walked away. With how crazy the housing market has been throughout 2020 and 2021, my husband and I expected that it would take at least 6 months to find a great home for our young family. With Gabe's help, it only took 1.5 months from our first viewing to the day we started moving into our new home! We even closed 1.5 weeks earlier than projected! Gabe was ON IT in every way! He's a very effective communicator and quick to respond to our 1 zillion questions as first-time buyers. He gave us lots of ideas to think about when looking at homes, which were all very helpful and never made us feel pressured into anything. We had to bring along our three young kiddos (3, 2, and 7 months) to many of the home viewings, which definitely made logistics a bit more difficult, but Gabe was always so patient and helpful! He kept our kids at the front of his mind when talking about home layouts and even gifted us with several perfect moving presents ideals for their ages. We can't recommend Gabe enough!
