Gabrielle was our agent for both selling our home and buying our new home. She made sure we felt as comfortable as possible through the entire process of buying and selling. She supported us through some difficult moments and went above and beyond what was asked of her. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of her position, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she quickly uses her resources to find accurate answers. Ashlie and Gabrielle have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process that happily ended with myself purchasing my first home.
They both have been extremely supportive and knowledgeable about any aspects related to my search. Always available and ready to come up with ideas and solutions that always made me feel comfortable to the point of trusting them both as I was getting helped by family members.

I am personally acquainted with 2 very prestigious real estate agents in Virginia. I told them that I was looking for a house, and Gabrielle's name was one of three they had recommended as the best choice for a potential real estate agent.

From the first meeting, I noted that she was very to-the-point and professional; I had informed her that I did not want to make buying a house a long or involved process, and she absolutely facilitated. She was incredibly responsive to any inquiries and arranged for several home tours within days of my asking. I was most impressed with her working well outside of work hours during a personal engagement to continue to keep me informed of critical matters

After I had chosen a house and moved in, she continued to check in to make sure I was satisfied, and offered several incredibly helpful suggestions with regards to getting set up in my new place.

Gabrielle has a fantastic reputation, even outside of Maryland, it is absolutely well deserved. I had a wonderful experience and recommend her highly

I contracted Gabrielle on a Thursday and by Saturday we had 5 potential offers on the property! Sunday evening the house was under contract. I’m so glad I choose Gabrielle, she was highly recommended to me. I was especially impressed by her status with in the field. She is very detailed oriented and professional and readily available at anytime I would have any questions and if she didn’t know the answer she would call me back with the answers immediately! As far as posting on the realtor website my property went up the very next morning with professional pics of inside and outside of the house! She does her own photography and editing and so there for speeds the showing process up by about 10days or so! Don’t let her age and size fool you, she is a customer oriented and fast moving agent who is very knowledgeable about the area in which she lives! I highly recommend her to sell or buy a home you might be interested in! A plus also comes with this agent, she is a sponsor and supports BARCS animal shelter!

Her and her team were extremely responsive and flexible everyday of the week. The experience was above and beyond with the more personable approach, they knew exactly what I was looking for. During showings they would walk through and give their own general inspections of obvious things to reinsure me and help me get a better picture. This way I could make a better decision if I wanted to proceed before wasting additional time and money. They also helped make the process very smooth and quick all while making sure I knew every aspect of the process thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend them to be your realtor (and friend).

Gabrielle Fields is an amazing realtor. From the very start we told her things that we wanted in a house, the type of community, along with the amenities that we were looking for in our home within our budget. Gabrielle did a phenomenal job in translating our vision and finding us our perfect forever home. Gabrielle was very prompt in communicating with us, and being first time home buyers she took a lot of the confusion and panic out of the process. Her attention to detail is her greatest attribute, from the littles of details of getting proper documentation all the way to the larger general details. We were very impressed. What we appreciated most was Gabrielle wasn't focused on the "sell" if a home was not a fit she did not push the issue. In addition when we did find our home she pointed out things that could be an issue and offered us solutions. She has an amazing friendly and personal demeanor about her.
