Gabrielle is a rockstar, and I cannot stress this enough. She will do ANYTHING to get you the home you love. I am twenty-three years old, and was pre-qualified for a very difficult loan at a VERY STRICT budget. Gabrielle found homes that fit my needs and explained what was happening every single step of the way. When it felt like I would never get FHA approval for a home, she helped me put new offers on homes the day they went on the market. We had at least 5 homes fall through as a result of my loan, and she kept up a positive attitude, which really helped me from feeling defeated. Gabrielle was DETERMINED to find me a starter home, and even came to look at my house after I had closed, painted, and got moved in. She could not have been more attentive, persistent, and helpful. She was always available by phone or text, and answered every single question I had. With Gabrielle's help, I was able to close on a two-bedroom, one bathroom single-family home in an up-and-coming area where all surrounding listed properties are at least 50k more expensive than mine (my property value will skyrocket in the coming years)! It only took 5 months to find the perfect starter home, and I had anticipated it would take much longer due to my pricing restrictions. Whenever I am ready to sell, she'll be right by my side.

Where to even begin with Gabrielle. For starters she sold my parents a home from out of state in no time at all. Since their hunt for a home was made seamless I ofcourse contacted Gabrielle as well. This was my first purchase, we looked every weekend i was available from homes I didnt liked to ones I did then to a home I loved. She was patient with me, showed me all different homes/layouts to find the "what" I was looking for. Since it was my first purchase I was clueless at times during the process and she helped assist me all the way to closing above and beyond what a traditional realtor is to do. If it wasnt for her I'd probably be renting an insanely expensive apartment, however I closed 2 weeks ago and could not be any happier with what I bought and own, all thanks to this amazing realtor! If you're looking for a beast of a realtor that gets the job done, use her I mean it. Looking for a home is stressful enough, if you're not looking to buy, dont use her or you may just wind up a homeowner.
