Gabrielle Mancuso understands the passion residents feel about Carmel; she remembers childhood summers on Carmel beaches, and moved her family to make Carmel their home twenty years ago. Today she spends her time helping present and future owners of luxury coastal homes in Carmel, Carmel Highlands, Carmel Valley and Big Sur.

Gabrielle’s infectious positivity sets her apart from a crowd. She has sixteen years of experience in the real estate business, not to mention her degrees in psychology, philosophy, and neurolinguistics. She maintains a strong social media presence and can be reached on a multitude of platforms, and is known best for her honesty and skilled negotiations.

Her name may sound familiar from her continued participation in charitable and fundraising events within the community, particularly as the creator of the Carmel Beach Club, which raises money to fund summer lifeguards on Carmel beaches. After falling in love with coastal living, Gabrielle hopes to help others find their own slice of paradise in Carmel-by-the-Sea.
