HIGHLY RECOMMEND GABRIELLE PASSERINI!

As a first time buyer I really needed some who was patient and willing to teach me a whole lot about the market. Gabrielle, from day one, took my call and had an immediate interest in finding me the property I was looking for. At times I even felt like she knew what I was looking for more than I knew for myself! Gabrielle had the patience but also knew exactly when and how to strategically jump on things such as offers, negotiations, etc. I would recommend her to anybody because she is willing to go toe-to-toe with any and everyone!

Overpaying is a non-option for Gabrielle. Call her if you are willing to buy!

Gabrielle is in a league of her own. She is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient. She’s always calm and knows just what to say and do to walk you through the entire home buying and selling process. My wife and I came to her in May about possibly selling our starter home and by the beginning of August, we had sold our old house and had already purchased our forever home within the same week! Honestly 5 stars isn't nearly enough. There should be 100, 1000...Gabrielle is everything, all the things you need from selling your house and buying and new one and everything in between. She has a rolodex (yes, i'm dating myself) 100 miles long of trusted contractors and trades people to help get you through the finish line. I've used many of them and they were all honest, fair, responsive and results oriented. She is knowledgeable and versed in all the laws, regulations, rules, requirements and ready to go toe to toe with anyone to get the best deal for you. Gabrielle has helped me sell two homes and buy 2 homes and each transaction moved along as needed and she made sure that everyone was doing what they needed to do and if they didn't, she stepped in and made things happen. Gabrielle becomes part of your family when you add her to your team. Just call her!

We were destined to find Gabrielle. For over a year we were on the fence about selling our starter home. Due to the pandemic, we felt that selling our home would be a difficult task. One day we received an advertisement in the mail with her information and we took a leap of faith. Gabrielle came to our home and from day one was knowledgeable, patient, professional and thorough. We felt that she always had our best interest in mind. In late August 2020, Gabrielle guided and helped us stage our home. Within two weeks our home was sold for asking price. She also assisted us in finding our perfect forever home. To this day we keep in communication with her and send her pictures of all the upgrades we have made to our new home. We will forever be grateful and now consider her a friend!!!

Gabrielle is absolutely fabulous to work with. She is patient and knowledgeable. When going through buying my first house, Gabrielle helped to guide me in a lot of areas I was unfamiliar to.
