Since becoming a REALTOR® in 1999, I have always felt that my work as a real estate professional was to Educate, give Counsel and Advice to clients and handle obstacles behind the scenes. ALL OF THIS to make the transaction as smooth as possible for the clients.
I entered the profession in real estate because I believed I could help clients buy and/or sell their most important asset, their home with no drama but expertise to get them the best value in the transaction.
I have found that “teaching the client” versus “selling the client” has worked to help educate and reduce the stress that they might naturally be feeling in the process of selling or buying.
Being a REALTOR is important as I perform my real estate duties because in addition to State License laws, I must follow a strict Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORs--IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO DO BUSINESS~!
