I got started in the real estate appraisal business in 1989. I wanted a career that would give me more flexibility so I could spend more time at home. People that know me will say that I am a people person. My friends and family tell me that I'm innovative, articulate, a giver, loving, caring, loyal, encourager, nurturing, teacher, and stable. I worked as a certified real estate appraiser for over 15 years. I am currently licensed as a Real Estate Broker. I started appraising two years after completion of real estate coursework. I take regular updates and continuing education in the field of real estate. My current company (GM Williams Realty Inc) is committed to providing the support, services, and tools I need to be successful. My designations are Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR); a past member of REBAC, Negotiations Expert, and Diversity at Home. A current member of the TRIAD and TMLS associations. I help clients to understand the home-buying process from the beginning to the end. Customer service to me is putting others before yourself and giving them the best you have to offer. This is a key element in the profession of real estate because customers matter.
My interest and hobbies include decorating my home, working in the yard, going to flea markets, and reading the bible. I enjoy teaching. What motivates me is the ability to serve others.
