I first worked with Gail 8 years ago as a naive first-time home buyer, and then now to sell that house that I have very much enjoyed living in but am now moving to another state. She is incredibly meticulous, ethical, and spot-on in all of her advice while not being pushy and instead helping me figure out what I want. I have particularly appreciated how well her strategies have worked out in both making a competitive offer and making my home appealing to buyers. Gail thinks of every last detail down to unforseen house issues that can occur in between transactions, and has been very responsive in all the odd hours that the real estate business apparently happens in. I would heartily recommend her services to anybody looking to make this process as painless and fruitful as it can possibly be!

Selling my home of 45 years was something I had put off for a long time. Making that final decision to sell was traumatic to say the least. I plunged in not knowing what to expect or what to do. That was when I met Gail Firestone. Gail guided me through each decision I had to make. All questions I had were important and repeat questions were encouraged.
