Gail Rohleder

Gail was born and raised in the beautiful state of Montana. After attending the University of Montana, she decided to start her professional career in Northern Virginia. She worked as a leading salesperson at Mervis Diamond Importers for many years where she honed her high-end customer service skills and received national accolades for her efforts. Her time at Mervis afforded her experience with a diverse clientele, and budgets both constrained and limitless.

Knowing how much she thoroughly enjoyed guiding others through important and emotional purchase decisions, Gail knew that real estate would be the perfect career crossover. Gail’s personal experience with real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, left her wanting to make the process more streamlined and stress-free, and this is what she hopes to achieve for her clients.

In 2010, Gail moved to Baltimore City’s Canton neighborhood with her husband, where they founded and managed Cardinal Tavern, a small southern-inspired bar and restaurant. Gail’s family grew and they moved to the Fallston area of Harford County with their two highly active children. She fills her free time by volunteering at her children’s school and serving on the Home and School Association Executive Board, assisting on several fundraising committees.

Being a Maryland resident for nearly a decade, Gail knows she has found her home here. It is Gail’s hope that she can be of service to you in all of your home buying and selling needs.
