Gail Rutkowski

Although not native to Dane County, Gail has truly made Madison her home. In 1981, she moved to Madison, got married, and later founded the Essen Haus in 1983. Five years later, her family grew by one and grew again less than two years later. As her children grew, so did their business, but in 1994 she decided it was time for a change.

After working as a business analyst and independent contractor for many years, Gail decided to try her hand in Real Estate. Since 2005, she has been providing residential real estate services in Southern Wisconsin as an Associate Broker with CENTURY 21 Affiliated. Thanks to her degree in Business Administration, her experience as the Dane County Housing Authority Chair, and her love of learning, she built a successful career as a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Affiliated.
