When looking for a career that provided a good mix of variety and challenge, Gail Schoeneberg happily discovered real estate, which not only allowed for both those elements, but also enabled her to provide an important service that had a positive and meaningful impact in peoples’ lives. Gail is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon, establishing her license in 2005. Gail began her Real Estate Career with Re/Max and continues to do so to this day.
Helping to guide her clients in the hunt for that “perfect fit” property is one of Schoeneberg’s favorite aspects of the real estate business. With a background in sales, marketing and lending - as well as a keen eye for interior design - Gail has helped a variety of clients see the possibilities and potential of many different properties in Southern Oregon.
Having been a Southern Oregon resident since 1982, Gail has raised her family here, adding to her love and enthusiasm for the area. She is an active community participant, involved with a number of civic clubs and community events, including The Medford Rotary (former President ) The Home Builders Association of Jackson County and The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she is also a Life Member of the 1 Million Dollar Club and the RE/MAX 100% Club, and holds a membership in the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and is also a SRES
(Seniors Residential Real Estate Specialist). She has also earned the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, fine art, traveling, wine tasting, and, above all, spending time with her children and grandchildren.
