03/26/2011 - Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $350K in Grants Pass, OR. As a broker myself from California, I found Gail to be a true professional. Our recent purchase ( which took about 1 year to close ) would have tried the patience of any Real Estate agent. However Gail kept us informed and on track all along the way. She also assisted us in lining up the necessary contractors to prepare the property prior to our move. We have recommended Gail to many of our fiends that have expressed an interest in purchasing in the area and will continue to do so.

06/30/2012 - Bought a home in 2012 in Four Corners, Central Point, OR 97502. We had been looking for a year, had worked with two other agents over that time and had no luck finding the place we would call home. That is until we met Gail. She asked us about the things that mattered most, every time she sent us a listing to look at she would get our feedback so as to know she was guiding us in the right direction. Then it happened, she told us about a house the day it came on the market. We went with her to look at it and sure enough it was everything we were looking for. She was very attentive when it came to showing the property.

12/10/2012 - Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Medford, OR. When we bought our first home in Medford 3 1/2 years ago,Gail was the listing agent on the home we purchased. We were really impressed with her then and decided when we were looking to move she would be the realtor we would call. A few months ago we decided to move back out to the country,so we called Gail. As expected she was awesome. She helped us find our dream home,helped facilitate the purchase and walked us through every step. When it came time to sell our current home, she was incredible. We expected a few weeks or months at best to sell. It sold in 2 days! We had multiple offers the first day. We got a cash offer over list the second day, and closed today. 13 days from list date to close!! Through both buying and selling Gail was smart,cheerful and always ready to help. 05/10/2012 - Showed home in 2012 in Sams Valley, Gold Hill, OR. A larger house and property became available in my neighborhood and I contacted (through Zillow), Gail Shoeneberg. She was immediately responsive with my query to tour the property and made all the arrangements to meet with the selling agent. I was impressed with her knowledge of both rural properties and real estate law as she conversed with the selling agent. It was obvious she was on my side and that was both reassuring and very welcome. Although I did not purchase the property as another property must be sold before I can ultimately purchase, I would recommend Gail highly to anyone needing a hard-working, down-to-earth and energetic partner in the sale process. When the time arrives for me to actually buy, I will contact Gail again.

My partner and I are a younger couple (early 30's) and we spent time with Gail viewing a specific property to possibly purchase as the space we would begin our family. Gail was welcoming to all of our questions and concerns. She also shared excitment with us in the aspects of the home we found appealing and offered great suggestions to personal touches we could make. She has a natural, but professional presence that makes the home buying process enjoyable. Gail was there when we needed her, morning, day, and night. She has the perfect balance- She is supportive and not pushy, but she also offers insight into opportuntites with wise suggestions. Updated August 2014: Once again Gail did an exceptional job. Last time we dealt with Gail she helped us find a great home in Central Point. Recently my job relocated my family.
