Gail Scott has done such a terrific job for our family in selling all of our homes, and ensuring that we have a great place to move onto.
She is tenacious about details, excellent with communication, knows the laws and rules of the communities which we have moved to right off hand and the mortgage loan business as well, always has a resource to give for when things must get done, and is quick to meet for emergencies (like when I forgot my house key after a showing and couldn’t get into my house, she came right over and opened the lock box to let me in).
Her ability to get people to come and look at the house for sale is second-to-none, as she knows where best to advertise the house, and the pictures she takes show the care with which she takes to show off those curb-appeal points! She has always gotten us top dollar for the homes we’ve sold, as she is knowledgeable about what the market can bear.
