Okay just like a lot of people I drove a lot of miles and spoke to a lot of people and looked at a ton of houses. And then I found a house online and I got connected with Gale. It happened to be Sunday and at the spur of the moment I told her I would drive 150 miles to come see the house if it was in fact what they have listed online. She assured me it was and I drove there and lo and behold it was as a was online. We discussed the challenges of the current market as far as it being a seller's market and not a buyers and we made the offer immediately. Not everybody wants to take an offer from someone using VA as myself but she discussed it with the sellers and they agreed. So I got the earnest money and she did the paperwork and guess what exactly Thirty Days Later I moved in my new house! Yes I love it! When I called Gale she answered when I texted her she text me back never a delay. Know this " I usually don't do reviews" but for her I did because I recommend her to everyone she's truly awesome great person. So if you're looking for a house call Gale.

Gail is a great agent. She was very responsive and went above and beyond… Because we closed remotely she was our ‘eyes and ears’….she sent us an initial video of the house walk through , met the inspector for us and did a walk through on the day of closing. Since we are from out of state Gail also provided advice on insurance, mortgage and closing procedures. At all times she had our best interest in mind. We would highly recommend Gail.

Gale Billing is an exceptional realtor. She is responsive without being pushy and she is extremely knowledgeable about the current market. My husband and I were able to secure our dream retirement home in Florida while living in CT.
