My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Gantry with selling and then buying a house. I was hesitant to put up our house on the market knowing how volatile the market is nowadays but Gantry made the whole process smooth. He went to work right away and booked professional photographers that shot beautiful pictures of our home with a 3D walkthrough as well. His team is complete with competent people you need from prequalifying on a loan, escrow and even as far as great contractors doing inspections and termite repairs. He even went as far as giving us referrals for handymen in the future. We had over 30 offers come through for our home and over 600 people on our open house. He was also able to negotiate over 2 months rent back free on our previous home so the transition to our new one was seamless! Needless to say, we were blown away with the development in selling our house. The buying part came about after the escrow on our previous home closed and I was nervous. He assured us that there are plenty of houses we’ll come to like throughout the process and he wasn’t wrong! We found our dream home right away after 2-3 weeks of searching. He was able to schedule us viewings on time and negotiate about 18k in seller’s credit on our new home to buy down our rate. I didn’t think it was possible until he did it! What I liked about his service is that he is efficient, fast and reliable. I love that his team is tech-savy with docusigns ready in 15 minutes, viewings that were easily scheduled through his website that we can access from our mobile device and even videos guiding us throughout the process. He also checked up on us even after closing on our new home and even gifted us personalized gifts with our last name engraved and we thought that was a really cool gesture. I am referring my friends and colleagues to Gantry Wilson Group as he knows how to take care of his clients!

I had the pleasure recently of working with Gantry Wilson on the sale of our family home in Huntington Harbour. Gantry was professional, thoughtful, detail oriented, and instrumental in the preparation of the house prior to listing. Very impressed with Gantry Wilson and his team! Not only did he sell our tenant occupied property (in Huntington Beach) within 2 weeks, we got top dollar for it! Gantry's first step is to figure out what we wanted (i.e., he listened). He then set up a "game plan" and attacked it! Gantry Wilson Group has been stellar and highly recommended. We had previously done 10 transactions and Gantry has been the best so far and will be the only one for us moving forward. Gantry, Ryan and Kay were there every step of the way - providing careful and routine updates, staying on top of what is needed, creating a strategy to help us win the bid, then ensuring we are protected and closed the transaction with everything needed.

Gantry preaches that we have him and his team for life and they really meant it. This belated review is late, but it gave us time that proved to us that even after the purchase is done, he and his team continues to support us. On the day we got the key and started to move in, we found some minor issues, Gantry had his handyman out and fixed it for us on his dime so that we have a smooth move in and everything working for us. That’s service and we feel like we have a friend.

Overall, I would say it was a great experience with Gantry and because of him, we also had a great experience with the seller and the seller’s agent. On the flip side, the seller agent also covered some surprise fixes for us as well which was greatly appreciated.

We are super happy with our new home and a friend for life.

I had a very good experience selling my home through Gantry Wilson. He laid out a detailed plan on his approach to selling our house. He calendared out the various stages of preparation. He scheduled private showings of the home to the various potential buyers and he sold the house in four days at a price thousands of dollars above what we were asking. He was on the ball, made himself readily available and promptly responded to all my questions.
He did everything he said he would do and more. That’s why Gantry gets five stars from me.

I was extremely impressed with Gantry’s professionalism and expertise in the real estate market and knew from our first meeting I wanted him to sell my home.

The technology used in every aspect of his business made things so easy. Communication was key, as he never failed to promptly get back with me if I was unable to reach him directly.

During the process of my divorce, he handled both sides with care and everything worked out smoothly. Gantry sold our house in Huntington Beach the first weekend of showings in May of 2021 with five potential buyers. It resulted in a bidding war, which he managed, and brought the price well over the market value.

His assistant, Kay, did a magnificent job coordinating schedules and guiding us along the way. The handyman they referred was also top notch. Everyone involved was friendly and extremely helpful.

Needless to say, I was completely satisfied and plan to have Gantry help me find the perfect condo in the very near future. I highly recommend him with any real estate need.

I was very satisfied with the group. They gave good advice, got us a good price for our house and closed the deal very well. My only negative is that we moved during the early part of the pandemic. We took the house off the market but were encouraged (pushed a bit) to put it back on. It was our decision, but we were foolish to move at that time.

When I first met Gantry Wilson, I was testing him & comparing him to another realtor who had disappointed me in my search for a home. The other realtor assumed he knew what I wanted. But Gantry listened to every detail I gave him in my list of wants, needs and not important but would -be-nice-to-have's. I also gave him a week to help me find a home in a very tight schedule, and off we went to the listings he found for me. By the end of the day, I had toured my new home. It met all the items on my list except one, which was negotiable, & the neighborhood was great by the beach (which I dreamed of being close to - and here it was a mile away).Gantry mentioned 15 yrs ago, the local coast was developing and the value would go up in time. I bought at a time when the prices were high, but today, the value of my home has passed the original purchase price. He was right. He is the best realtor I have ever met and it has been and continues to be a great experience knowing him. Over the past 14 years, my husband and I worked with Gantry to both buy and sell our homes, so we’ve known and trusted him for a very long time.
Recently my mother passed away (out-of-state) and I needed to sell her home and manage her belongings. Not knowing any agents in the area, I reached out to Gantry for help. Read this review... like most people I randomly came across my relator by browsing the web late at night dreaming about living in Huntington Beach. Gantry's name popped up in Zillow and I shot him a question about a house. Next day he responded and we talked briefly about how I wanted to move to Huntington Beach but really didn't think what I wanted was possible at my price point. From there Gantry and team went into action. Finding some homes, explaining the market, setting up showings, and helping me with finance.

Most importantly Gantry listened... he listened to my goals, my concerns, my ideas.. he talked me out of a few homes I thought would be great, and helped me find the home, neighborhood, location of my dreams. From their his finance team, escrow etc... guided me through the sale process.

There are A TON of realtors on Southern California and even in Huntington Beach area alone. Don't risk your dreams of home ownership to a rookie or slick talking sales person. Give Gantry and his team a call, let them guide you through.. you can thank me later :-).
