His job is to communicate regularly with you to ensure that all your questions are answered and any fears you have are alleviated. As a result of over two decades in the business as well as his involvement in state and local REALTOR® association leadership, he has built a lot of great relationships in the real estate industry. That means that other agents want to collaborate with him on transactions and that is a big bonus for you. Wouldn’t you rather work with someone you know, like and trust? We all do. It is human nature.
