We absolutely can’t say enough good things about Garlene! Garlene has the patience of a saint! We are picky but she kept showing us properties and we found the perfect home! Garlene Daniel is amazing! I can’t thank her enough for all that she did to guide my wife and me through the house selling process! Moving out of a house that we had lived in for over 30 years was a rather stressful experience, but Garlene was constantly there to answer our many questions. We would never have even thought about half of the things that needed to be done, but Garlene was prepared and had everything ready to go. We were able to get an offer on our house within hours of it going on the market, and I really think that it was Garlene’s guidance that made that happen!

Garlene is so good at her job--she helped us 10 years ago when we bought our first house and so when we needed to sell that home and buy a bigger house, we knew just who to call! She was an advocate for us as the seller and as the buyer, always looking out for our best interest. Garlene is as kind as they come and she eased our minds and hearts as she remained hopeful and positive throughout the whole process. Garlene and I started working together while I still lived in Montana. It took about a year between selling my home there and finding the perfect home in Virginia. Garlene was always available to show me properties and was always patient and never seemed to tire of helping me to eventually find the unique property that I did.
