About Garrett

When it comes to your home and largest asset, hire a full-time professional to get a top-quality job done for you. Garrett specializes in Washington, DC real estate, but most importantly, in exceeding the expectations of his clients. His role is to guide, educate, and negotiate on your behalf during the life-altering transition of buying or selling a home.

Always available to help and very patient, Garrett readily lends an open ear. He never pushes a client into any decision; rather, he provides insight and opinions that bring clarity to their choice, and smoothness to their transaction.
A full-time licensed DC Realtor since December 2012, Garrett has sold property in all quadrants, but sells the most around his Logan Circle office. He is distinguished by several awards: Coldwell Banker’s International Presidential Elite Team Award (top 2% worldwide & top 11% of US and Canada); the 2016 Coldwell Banker Dupont/Logan Circle Top Producer Award, given to the Top 10 Agents in his office based on their sales production and commitment to customer satisfaction; and the 2016 Coldwell Banker Dupont/Logan Team Spirt Award, given to an agent who exemplifies team spirit, enthusiastically shares his knowledge and is held in the highest regard by his peers.

Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, Garrett earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. He subsequently worked a as an Admissions Counselor for UCONN and the University of Maryland College Park. In this role, Garrett traveled extensively recruiting high school students, and deciding on applications for admission and scholarships. He perfected the arts of public speaking, selling schools, and being a valuable resource and advocate for students, as he is for his real estate clients.

Garrett has lived in Washington, DC proper since 2011. In his free time, he restored a classic Mercedes-Benz, currently a Concours d’Elegance Award winning vehicle. Garrett loves driving his classic, and attending car shows, auctions, and competitions. He is a member of the Greater Washington Chapter Mercedes-Benz Classic Car Club of America. As a Leukemia survivor, he has also done lots of volunteer work with the American Cancer Society, and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
