He never rushed me to make a decision. He took his time with me always. Garrett is a great person with a huge heart. He did a great job in marketing the house, and getting people to walk through. We ended up selling the home in about a months time which was great turn around in comparison to the market average during that time. Garrett was always willing to show houses and arrived on time and had a course map always lined up of homes we were interested in. He was prompt on his submissions of offers, and would help us stay positive during times where we may have missed out on a bid. He always kept us in the loop, and provided his knowledge on what he felt the homes were worth in comparison to what the offers were listed for. Garrett works with a great team that was also very involved through the course of getting people to walk through the house, and for us in scheduling homes to look at. Everyone at Keller Williams of St. Clair Shores Michigan made the experience more enjoyable. I would use them again, and would recommend them for any buy or sale of a home.

bolton paula reviewed Garrett Hayden 04/18/2016 Helped me buy a home We feel so lucky that Garrett was the agent who contacted us when I requested more information about a house on Zillow. I had been calling the listing agents of houses who took their time returning my text/phone calls, even though it was their listings, and I told them we were pre-approved for our mortgage and ready to buy! Garrett called within an hour of our request for information and continued to be available throughout the whole process. He found us a house in one day and we fell in love with it, but he still had us look at other houses to ensure that that was the one that we really wanted. Throughout the whole process Garrett would call us to update us on what was happening so I never had to call him, unless I had other questions. He was professional and did exactly what we wanted. At one point we were going to walk away from the sale unless certain criteria was met, and he was very supportive, reassuring us that he would find us something even better even. Garrett is a kind person who will work with you no matter what your price range, and treat you with dignity and respect. He really is in the business for the right reasons; putting people in houses that they can make into homes.
