Garrison Gunter

As a seasoned Connecticut real estate investor with 15+ years of experience, Garrison combines his expertise in smart home technologies with Corcoran’s innovative approach to real estate. He has worked on numerous residential construction and renovation projects for both clients and himself. Collaborating with architects and designers Garrison ensures a seamless blend of modern needs with a home’s architectural integrity. A third-generation Greenwich native raised in Hawaii, a graduate of Greenwich High School, Garrison studied photography at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) and contributed to Greenwich Magazine early in his career. He used his photography to support Kids in Crisis, a nonprofit serving at-risk children in Manhattan’s surrounding boroughs; and was part of the student group who opened the Arch Street Teen Center. Garrison lives in mid-country Greenwich with his wife, two children, and bernedoodle, enjoying cooking, mixology, and exploring Tod’s Point.
