About Garry

Garry Bales is a Veteran of both the Texas and New Mexico Real Estate Industries. Having grown up in and around the profession as the son of a Realtor/Broker in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Garry saw early on what was important to his father's clientele. It was plain to him that buyers and sellers were both looking for someone to listen, advise and guide them in their decision making process and as he's forged his own career he continues to make these the cornerstone of his work.



At the top of Garry's list is LISTENING. He will listen diligently in order to understand what's most important to you in achieving your real estate goal. Once he grasps your goal, Garry will ADVISE and GUIDE you down the path to making those goals reality in your life.



Bales has been active in the Real Estate Industry for over 12 years and he eclipsed the $10MIL sales mark in 2004. In addition to his Texas and New Mexico Real Estate License, he also holds Broker's Licenses in both states and has been a Mortgage Banker since '04. Garry has worked in both the residential and commercial sectors, buying, selling and leasing and he is HUD certified.



He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Metrotex Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors. His areas of concentration are DENTON COUNTY and the NORTHERN METROPLEX.



In addition to his work, Garry is active in his community and supports Race for the Cure, Salvation Army, TCU Frog Club (student athlete scholarships), NRA, ASPCA, Feeding America, Wounded Warrior Project and Joy Junction.
