Garry’s knowledge of the ever-changing Nashville market is unparalleled. In a market where houses are gone in an instant and every buyer complains that they can’t get a winning bid, with Garry’s guidance, I won three bids. When I walked away from the first two (inspection problems), Garry reassured me that we would find my house, and we did. Throughout the closing process, which was made complicated by two closings in different states on the same day, Garry was there to help. I have asked him countless annoying questions. He always patiently explains.
