Although my educational background is in mechanical engineering, the attraction to real estate and the entrepreneurial spirit drove me to launch a career in real estate.

During my apprentice years my efforts quickly promoted me to sales team leader at a major Los Angeles commercial real estate firm. This experience helped me in establishing my own commercial real estate brokerage office.

Throughout my career, I have concentrated on the marketing of "for sale" commercial and investment real estate.
