Gary has experience in probate estates, 1031 tax exchange, condominium conversion, multi-family, short sales, REO properties, home and condominium renovation, pre-construction projects, and luxury real estate. Gary is an active member of the New York, Massachusetts and Florida Associations of Realtors, Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County, and the National Association of Realtors. Gary and his team have also been featured in several publications.
Gary’s impressive clientele list includes players for the Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, Boston Bruins, movie producers, directors, actors, tony award-winning Broadway performers, as well as top executives for major investment banks, fund managers, Fortune 500 company executives, and real estate developers. Gary’s background includes a master’s degree in Business Management, and service in the United States Air Force with a top-secret security clearance.
