I do an in-depth market research on each home I list to price it right the first time. This results in getting the home sold at a higher price in a shorter period of time. I recently completed classes receiving my Staging Agent Certification. It's so important to get the home ready before taking professional photos and sending them out to all the web sites. My background is I graduated in accounting at WWU; prior work experience in accounting, customer relations, operations, and management. I have 15 years experience as a real estate agent and have earned several high sales designations, as well as CRS and ABR. I, also, enjoy working with buyers as there is always joy to me in finding the right home for someone. I live on and sell homes around Lake Samish, but have sold more homes and condos in Bellingham, Ferndale, and every part of Whatcom County.I believe in giving back to the community, serving as a leg chair for Ski to Sea, Ranger soccer coach, BYC Board, Sailing Fleet Captain, and Youth Sailing Chairman, Bellingham Sister Cities, donate time and money to Brigid Collins, Boys and Girls Club, Veterans, Blue Skies for Children, Salvation Army, and others. Had the honor of being on the only local(Whatcom County Division) team to ever win the Ski to Sea race overall.
