Gary Bellard

Gary Bellard is a Real Estate professional with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate business. Gary received the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member in 1979 at the age of 25.

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Is an elite designation given to a handful of commercial investment real estate specialists.

During his career as a real estate broker, he has been involved in industrial, office and retail sales, leasing and management. Also during his career, Gary sold hundreds of homes in Fairfield and New Haven Counties. There are few in the business with this long and diversified experience.

Gary has expertise in multiple property tax deferred exchanges. Also, as a long term investor, and commercial property manager, Gary knows what it’s like to own and manage all types of properties enabling him to assist property owners with high quality advice.
